Abel manufacture a wide variety of grand hammer shanks, complete with rollers and flanges, as well as making new shanks to pattern. Please see below for the different types available. The heading for each shank includes the timber used, the size of the roller, and the distance from the centre pin to the centre of the roller. Unless stated otherwise the rollers are covered in deerskin (synthetic leather is available to special order), and centre pins are nickel silver in all cases.
