Heckscher & Company is proud to have been the long-standing official UK distributor for Helmut Abel GmbH, world renowned manufacturers of top quality hammerheads and action parts, since they started making piano hammers many years ago.

The Abel team works under the leadership of the Commercial Managing Director Norbert Abel and the Technical Managing Director Frank Abel. The modern 1,200m² production plant in Frankenhardt, Germany is designed for series production as well as bespoke parts. Thanks to special CNC machines and their proven production logistics, Abel are able to produce large varieties of different hammerheads, as well as action parts, and hammer recovering.
